Jdm Apexi Pfc W/commander

This Group Buy is for the JDM Apexi PFC w/commander (series 1-3). They are Identical to the US model except for the following:
-Does not include English Installation instructions (there are many websites and threads across NoPistons and RX7club about installation, which there are a few errors in the English Manual, so I recommend consluting the thread and sites).
-Does not include USA 1 year limited warranty, if the warranty is must then I recommend you to purchase the USA model from a Power Excel dealer and pay the extra costs.
The Deadline for the Group Buy will be May 21, 2005,the PFCs will begin to ship the following week. There are two shipping options from Japan to the USA, EMS (3-4 Days) and SAL (7-10 Business days) the difference in prices are reflected below. The ONLY form of payment for the GB is via Paypal, for yours and my protection, all payments must be received by the end of day on May 21.
1-9 Units (regular price)
-PFC w/commander shipped EMS $840
-PFC w/commanber shipped SAL $830
10+ Units
-PFC w/commander shipped EMS $800
-PFC w/commanber shipped SAL $790
I do not see a problem acheiving the 10+ buyers needed, I already have 7 interested buyers from the RX7club.

I am able to work it were there is NO minimum, although it will STILL end 5/21/05. Again the prices as follows:

ok I'm totally digging this...
But who is receiving our money? Does it go straight to the vendor and who is the vendor.
Can we talk to them if there is some kind of problem?
It seems that this thread did not get any attention. Maybe it should go on for a couple of more weeks and at the same time adverstise it so it get more exposure.

To make a long story short; the vendor, the one recieveing the money, is a friend of mine who I have known for about 5 years or so. He owns and import/export company www.acule.com along with part owner of a Marketing company in Japan. I would prefer you speak to me, since one, he does not speak English the best, two, not very technical car savy and three, you will get a faster reply from me.
I will have to speak with him about extending the the deadline, and see what can be worked out. You are welcome to pass the word along.

Yes, if you could extend it for at least 2 weeks i would be in.I didn't have enough $ by the time i found out this was going on but i should have enough if you extend it.
