It will take about 2 weeks for the guard to arrive from Japan and anther 2 weeks to finish all of them. So about 4-5 weeks.

It actually does not come with rivets. You can double sided tape it on or use epoxy to glue it on if you want to.

does this cover the rubber part of the rear bumper also? or just the painted part of the bumper?

I 'think' this covers just the bumper itself, not the black part below it.
