Hello Everyone!

My name is Don Weberg, and I am the marketing coordinator for STILLEN in Costa Mesa, California. One of our divisions, Brake-Pros, is the Exclusive North American Distributor for AP Racing Brakes, and as such we can put together some tremendous deals on their products.

We are currently trying to establish a GB situation for Gen 3 RX-7 Brakes which would look something like this:

If we can get up to three people to step up to the plate for the AP Racing Brake GB, Brake-Pros can lower the price to $2,299, and if four or more become interested, we can include Rear Sport Rotors. The AP kit alone retails for $2,799, and is usually sold at $2,499. The Sport Rotors are roughly $300 a pair.

AP Racing Brakes for RX-7 include 13.5-inch cross-drilled and slotted rotors, lightweight rigid aluminum 6-Piston Calipers, Goodridge stainless steel lines, and aircraft aluminum mounting hardware. The Sport Rotors are direct replacements to the originals and are cad plated, cross-drilled discs designed to disipate heat much more effectively than stock. Both kits are extremely effective for hard street use, or light track use and will make an immediate differance in your stopping abilities both in terms of fade and actual stopping distances/times.

Thanks very much for your time, and I'll hope to hear from some of you! If you have any questions, suggestions, comments, or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'm in the office Tuesday thru Thursday, so if I'm a bit slow to respond you'll know why. But feel free to call or email.

Cheers,

Don Weberg

Sounds interesting, especially for 6-piston APs. Will you please provide a link to the specific caliper & rotor specs or reply with the information to this thread. Thanks.

I just went to the Stillen website, and the listed kits for 3d Gen AP brakes are 4-piston kits with 13" rotors. Is the 6-piston/13.5" described in your post a new kit? Also, can we get the rotors *without* drilling (slots are fine)?

Hey Guys....Sorry for the superdelayed response. As for the 4-Pot Kit, I believe that is the new kit, the 6-piston being the original macoy. The differance is in the rotor...6-piston has a 2-piece, the 4-piston has a one piece.

We're doing the special on the 6-Piston because it's frankly a more popular kit. We figure that's the one that most people are going for, so that's the one we should offer up.

The rotors (as far as I know) are Cross-Drilled and Slotted only, no one or the other. However, perhaps the brake department could help out with that.

Thanks,

Don Weberg
