Can you convince someone over there with a '99 winf to remove it and make a teplate? You could use velum drafting paper and a sharp pencil. Trace the hatch and then the holes. If you can some how scan them, I can print several of them at work on the plotter. Otherwise, you could measure each hole vertically and horizontally to the center of each hole.

Yeah, you should get a Giesha assistant with big hooters. Please let me know if you find a white '99 wing (for cheap) that has a broken or missing center peice since I only need the sides.

When you get the spoiler it will be easy to make a template. 6 out of the 8 holes line up. There was a link on the evil forum that had a lot of pictures from this other guys install.
