This is for the organizers to answer, not for those who think they know the answer.

they wanted to open the even to more rotary powered vehicles and not limiting the event to just rx7's. and to get rid of the piston swapped rx7's

evidently they did not want piston powered cars there.

And based on their recent decision to not even allow piston powered cars to race with, or even park next to the rotaries, I'd say that's a certainty.

I think they should change it back to RX Revolution and include the V-8 swapped cars. No Kidding I think a car is a car and they should all be involved.

I was against them at first but, after chatting with the V-8 swappers I see where they are coming from. So let them in.

I think everyone at NP should have the same mindset too. They are still RX-7's regardless just modded differently.

wow... that's a drastic change from a couple of weeks ago. but if you call it RX Revolution, the name will kinda exclude other rotary powered cars that aren't RX-something. They should just call it 'Everything That Pertains to RX's and Rotaries Revolution"

It's not a change at all..... Jim never said RX Revolution shouldn't have V8 swaps... he said Rotary Revolution shouldn't.

The first rev was called RX Revolution, the second was called Rotary Revolution. This is what history I know of, unless I am mistaken.
