Is Racing Beat's header made out of 304 stainless steel like Corksport"s?

rb is ceramic coated mild steel.

the rb wil hold up better and still look ok compared to polished stainless steel

i have a polished ss dpipe on my fd and it doesn't look so "polished anymore"

whereas i've had to remove (for emissions) and reinstall the RB header for a friend and was astonished how Great shape it was still in! (much better shape than my blackened ss dpipe)

(of course) fd heat is a lot more than fc non turbo heat so i guess you have to consider than too

The reason to buy our header is so you dont have to swap all the exhaust parts when you need to go through emissions since it bolts to the stock main cat.

I took a look at RB webpage about their header but it doesn't say anything about being ceramic coated, just mild steel. When we have seen them in the past it looks to be just a chrome plated header.

As for clearing the reinforcement on a vert we have had the header installed into convertable and we didn't encounter any problems.

Thanks

Derrick
