Racing Beat 2 1/" Down Pipe: Cleared the front crossmember with no issues. A true bolt on installation for the S4 convertable chassis.

t2 swap2 This was my original 13B 6, it had 244k plus miles, ran strong, never gave me any issues. I bought my vert in 2011 and did not know the oil coolerr was being held up ip ties until the passenger side zip ties snapped while I was drivng on the freeway causing the oil cooler to drag on the pavement. A mile, or so later the corner of the oil cooler was grounded down and all the engine oil leaked out. The motor seized up, and that was all she wrote.

A8LlVfgCMAEEUCx Pulling the 13B 6 out, the engine bay was vry dirty and had a lot of engine oil on the subframe and steering rack. I cleanedd the engine bay with a brillo and simple Green mixed in a bucket of water.

DSCI1424 13B T in place, with a new clutch kit, transmission front plate cover, shift fork, engine mounts. I just have to wire the alternator, swap some wires around on the emission harnesses and install the intercooler. Then it will be time to fire it up!!
