rules for cars for sale

the rules for "cars for sale" should be pinned to top of that forum. The current rules topic is going to get pushed down too far for new members to see before posting.

They are posted at the very top of the forum before the topics even... that is what I don't get.

Most of the people posting those ads are probably just coming onto the forum to post their ad. They probably don't even bother reading any posts. Some people used to do that on the other forum.

actually, i just saw that and was coming back to edit my post. I never looked up there before, and i guess plenty of others don't either.

well i thought i pinned it, all well it is now. I put the rules post in there becuase no one aparently noticed it at the top of the page. I thought maybe it would catch there attention more.
