Yes it is the date and time someone voted in the poll, I selected in the admin cp to have a vote bump the poll, this is a more effective item when you post a "vote only" poll, but still effective for both.



So basically if you want to bump the poll on a vote you have to advance the reply date, we can disable the feature if you guys would like.
