usually i associate how well smart someone is by their post-count. so would it be possible to not only show the persons total post count, buyt also how many posts they have in a certain section of the forum (the one where the post is veiwed). so that way it makes the reader of that post a little more likely to trust the words of someone with 2K posts and 800in the engine section as opposed to someone with 4K posts, but 200 in the engine section.

 

u can check that by viewing their profile, however post count doesn't... in my opinion directly translate to knowledge, u can spend a bit of time here and figure out who knows their **** and who's a dipshit.

well ive pretty much figured that out, but when you consider that alot of the time theres ALOT of people who havent been on the forum for very long who are asking the questions.

 

It doesn't take a smart man to have a big mouth.
