I have a NEW 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, livingroom w/fireplace, eat-in kitchen, and garage for 745 a month. It is REALLY nice too!
Everything around here is average. But the cost of living seems a tad lower... But I live outside STL... About 19 miles..

Im asking how much a house like that costs, and the taxes a year on it or in general if you know?
2-3 bedroom houses here are in the $250,000 range for a nothing house on no land, and taxes around $4500-6000 a year.
