What about the parking lot at the Pallisades, the one we used for the Dave and busters meeting. The Westchester car club uses it for autocrossing a few sundays/year.

Etown was a good one also...

 

we could use the palisades one but umm the would get pissed.....

 

there are permits... liabilities ....concerns with these....

yea that's why i said they let you rent them out cause you pay for permits, get approval etc.



I believe the palisades group was an SCCA group, and if it is they were removed via a town meeting in which people complained for no reason (they just didnt like it) and got them banned from going there anymore. One of my teachers is like high up in the SCCA food chain and used to organize stuff in some mall, i think it was palisades and he told us a story about that .



we could always hi-jack a high school for a night lol, tell them it'll be a bake sale and break out a drifting contest haha. If they ask just be like "hey our tires are cooked and baked nicely, you didnt ask what type of baking we'd be doing" lol...nope that wasnt funny forget it haha.
