The house I am buying has acess to a private beach compleate

with a clubhouse that can be rented out super cheap by a resident only,

we can have something there this summer perhaps, wont be till later in the summer I guess, September would even be nice.

rob we are working on something with the website. there is basically NOBODY THAT CAN CHANGE ANYTHING ON IT!

yeah that website needs a long awaited face lift. why dont u or some one just make a new tri7 website not use the old one nah mean.

I'm up for revolting....whatever that means. The only thing I'm going to say is to just not do the "group buy" thing and very likely the club thing in which everybody has ideas and suggestions but cannot settle on one thing.

It really sucks that most of the time a good thing gets all screwed up by trying to do too much. Lets keep that in mind
