whats the new date for this shin-dig?

ive already talked to the kahunaville rep responsible for the sunday shows..

its advised that the core of the attendees arrive together so that space can be allocated for the entire group..

theres a check-in involved and as long as i can provide a number for the group...the number of spots can be justified without question...

stragglers will be adjusted for as needed but may be separated from the core group if not accounted for initially..

they suggested arrival time of 11-12...

taking recommendations on where to meet up before entering the show..

either junior dragster or toys for tots will be the scheduled event for that day.. of which ill confirm

local radio station will be present as well..

rain date will be the following sunday...

throw me on the list for those who will be attending, if everything is good and i have about $40 for gas ill find my way down there and be as on time as possible.

my fc hates me, but if someone would be willin to pick me up...i'd go....i can also toss in some gas money for the drive...maybe like 20 bucks or something

im going to be in maryland on saturday, but not sure if ill be in the delaware meet on sunday

 

yeA i was looknig forward to the trip but family is sort of above the 7 on my list of things to care about.

the preference is for all to drive in together..

this will ensure all attendees to be in located as a group...

its a show.. so the spots are assigned..

my suggestion is as follows..

for those in the jersey side to meet up at the last rest stop on the njtp.. 11am

for those comin from pa/de to meet up at the 95 rest stop scrub is referrin to.. 11:30am

details on this location will follow..

the jersey caravan would meet up with the pa/de folks...

 

although havin taken 3 hours to get to work this am due to ice..

and havin just looked outside the window..

and with the weekend weather outlook makes me wonder if this is even gonna happen this sunday..

 

if you guys meet up there at 11am, i may be able to drive fast enough to catch you before you reach kahunaville, cause i may be finished with my family **** early, depends.
