well, thats not compleetly true. it wasnt really a "factory option" the turbo setup is a "brian adams engineering" kit. he was realy big in the early/mid eightys for putting turbos on anything with wheels. so if he bought it new with it on the car, the dealer must have had some type of connection to bae or something. i realy cant see the dealer warentying something like that tho. it is a realy nice kit, external waist gate and a decent sized turbo

they probably did what some companies do with corvettes, you get brand new ones, ship them out to get hooked up with whatever, get them back and add the price to the sticker. it's a fairly common practice.

i should say, it WAS common practice. most places wont do it anymore due to liability.
