Granny's shop, which makes v8 conversions for rx7s made a 4 rotor engine. Here is the link, |
i'll list the differences by housing.
front cover: looks like an 89+ fc front iron: similar to an fc casting, except larger runners, and the front rotor tension bolt holes rotor housings: 89 fc with a different exhaust sleeve rotor: 89 turbo 2nd steel: double thickness of standard, it has an oil drain and a stationary gear 3 and 4 steels: similar to s5 t2, except larger runners and larger tension bolts. mike |

If I'm not mistaken, aren't the 20B ports larger than those of 12As and 13Bs? What the advantages be on using 13B housings? Just curious.

OH and a 13b 3 rotor needs a custom lower intake and exhaust manifold I forgot to mention that too.

and all this time i thought someone revealed a bra size https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

If a 20b is the same thing as a 13b, but with an extra rotar, that means if I have 2 13b's i can build a 3 or maybe even a 4 rotor motor? Ill just run it on an stand alone ecu of some type? OR AM I JUST CRAZY 12a = 1.2 liters 13b = 1.3 liters 20b = 2.0 liters i hope im right, please feel free to correct me if im wrong. good luck building that motor. i see that happening real soon |
