I have a 1989 non-turbo rx-7, and the engine blew, so I bought a turbo engine from japan and it wont start....does anybody know what i have to do to make the enigine start....me and my friends pushed the car, and i jumped started it , but it wont idle, and when i press the gas..it goes guh guh guh and cuts off??



And my exhaust i dont know where it goes either...theres no hole for it??anyone know where that goes too?

did you swap over the TII drivetrain, wire harness, computer ?

i dunno...i actually got it free....i dunno what the guy swapped.....i know the engine fuh sure.....but theres alot off wires , and dunno where they go???

Oh boy.Maybe you need to go thru the engine harness and make sure everything is plugged in properly first then go from there.

i dont wanna spend too much money.........if the car was a turbo b4, should it have a turbo gauge???

could a vacuum hose stop it from not starting?

and another thing, the exhaust dosent have a mount.....its just hanging there???does the exhaust connect to where the turbo is??
