Im getting ready to do an engine swap and im looking at either swapping in the 13bt ii or the Killer Bee engine. if u dont know the killer bee is a custom 13b street ported engine that uses a carb.....right now i have a deal for the killer bee, new exhaust and headers, and a weber carb. sad thing is that the killer bee is n/a but i can later on put on a blow-thru turbo....... if i use the killer bee i will have a bhp of 250...what if i used the 13bt ii? if anyone can tell me what would work better plz help me out, also im trying to get high performance without paying way too much b/c next year im going to buy a 3rd gen.

also another question is how can i modify my carb right now on my 12a to get faster acceleration. i was told to cut the spring for my secondaries by 2 coils but i did that and now i just have a massive top speed but absolutely no acceleration. also on the back of the carb theres a switch to activate the secondaries that a spring operated "T" handle is attached too. my "T" at first was not connected so i connected it and i noticed that it didnt do jack for the cars acceleration or top end speed, is it really necessary to have it connected. if u dont know exactly what im talking about ill take a pic of it tomorrow b/c its dark right now. thanks for any advice on this bs.

its starting to seem to me that no one really knows that much about engines around here.....ive posted a lot of times and nobody ever replies but maybe with a sentence or two....if i can get any solid advice it would be greatly appreciative
