Nevermind these idiots that poo-poo powerplant changes. Their teenie-bopper bitchin' is nothing more than a constant annoyance. What's wrong w/ a SBC in a Porsche 914 or a 944 besides nothing?

How's the car running now? Was it a good swap?

rx7kid2gtt, I wouldn't put a v8 in a 7 either... but it's just a preference thing, so don't bitch if someone else wants one. I'm just jealous of how damn fast that thing's going to be.

all im sayying is that the best think about rx7s is the rotary. now y the hell would you put a piston engine in or buy a car like that. ok its going to be a fast car but you have no respect from me.

PS. if you want to do something good for the car crash it in to a tree. i wouldent evin want after it had a piston egine in it !

this is a good friend of mine.

he payed the guy with a money order, and he went down to florida to pick up the car.

the guy let him take the car and as soon as the money order cleared he was gonna mail him the title.

so my friend starts driving back to upstate ny and about 40 miles down the road a wheel fell off or something.

my friend put a stop payment on the money order until the guy fixed it but the guy told him to **** off pretty much.

last i heard which was about a month ago , the car was getting fixed in florida and the payment/title thing was still up in the air.
