20b In A Torana
Hi, i a a n00b when it comes to rotarys i currently own a torana LX, and i want to be difernet so i am looking at puting a 20B in my torana, my car is a 26 Yr Old aussie Muscle car BUT i want to be pulling 10's now with a turbo 6 or a supacharged v8 it just is not possible to be pulling 10's AND have it as my daily driver
SO i turn to rotary's and be diferent from every other jow blow, now i figer a 20B would get my doing 10's if not faster my car weights 1200KG as it is at the moment, and it is currntly running a Hot 6 but it would only get my down the strip at high 14's max, that is just tooo slow for me, so is a 20B the right thing to be looking at?

ok well can you tell me the pros and cons on why it would be so hard to put a 20B into my torana i dont see of it being too mutch of a problem
the drive line from tranny back it geting replaced and all my braking system and my suspention, but i was going to do thiss with having a 20B as my engin in mind so that all i would have to do it bolt the engin and tranny in hook up all the wiring and walla,

I think you should just sell the car and buy a 20B cosmo. Be realistic, sure you want to be different and stand out from the crowd. It's going to cost a lot of money to set the thing up. Then when it comes time to sell it, who would want a Rotary powered Torana. No Aussie's I know. They would all be looking to buy something with a V8 in it.
well i dont care about when i want to sell it, i want what i want who cares about any one elce :P
but i dont see it as being so costly like, once i get the **** done that i alreddy have to do ( brakes suspension and rear end) i dont see it being tooo dificult realy,
yeh shore it is going to have it's hickups but i cannot see it costing more then 10K or too mutch of a hastle
