Well I am getting there . I am trying to put a 13b (or 20b) into a 4x4 hence all the questions . I have read that the 13b and the b2600 4x4 ute gearbox are the same . Can the bell housing be removed from a 13b gearbox , ie swap bell housings to fit a 13b to a b2600 4x4 gearbox . Are they the same engine bolt pattern ( I would not be that lucky ) .

Not all of the 13B bellhousings are removable. Older 13B transmissions and TII transmissions have a removable bellhousing, as well as 3rd gen's. Take a look at this: http://www.mazdatrix.com/g1.htm .

How much hp can the T11 5 speed gearbox handle ?

It's really the torque that will kill it. I would guess about 400 lb.-ft. of torque.

Cool enough to handle a 20b then , they are about 300lbs , i believe . If I am wrong let me know .

A 20B with stock turbos will be fine with a TII transmission. If you go with a turbo upgrade then you'll have to start worrying.
