Cas Setup For 13b/20brew

Crank angle sensor setup (for E6K) for 13B/13BRE/20BREW motors that use stock CAS. This can be a real pain in the rear-end to do so I thought it was necessary to make it a separate document.

do you find it better to adjust the CAS manually or to do so in the software (adjusting the trigger angle value).

ive actually done both, it depends on the car vs me vs 10mm orientation
