can anyone list the part numbers for the sensors used with haltech? the ones that come with the e6k?

just wondering the numbers for latter if they need to be replaced so i can go to a local autoparts store and order them.

i'm assuming you mean all the GM sensors right ?

i haven't seen anyone have that but i'm sure someone must

thanks! you are the BEST!! LOL!!

yes, the GM sensors. most parts stores around me have idiots working there. they can not look anything up. they will ask question about if i know if the car it came in had a/c or a cigarette lighter or some dumb **** like that... even if i have the part numbers... but i would still like to know what they are. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

hmmmmm. i would say email haltech australia ? if they feel like it. they have to have the pn#'s . you could also try the hitman

i am not going to bother him w/ such a dumb question at this time. i think he is still on the road??? anyway, i will try the mailing list.

i went to pep boyz and gave him applications until i found the one that they stocked, they all work the same its just a matter of what the store stocks. the air temp sensor pep boyz stocked was for a 94 zr1 vette. for the ect the mazda one works, and i trust it more than the giant p.o.s. gm part

thanks. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png do you know what one the water temp w/ out stock thread/pitch is? i know it is from a car that is not here in the US...but what about the one that is 3/8NPT? or the right thread one... how about the O2 sensor? do you hapen to know these?

thanks in advance.

the o2 sensor is generic, you can use anything. i'm not sure about the water temp ones, the 3/8th one is prolly the more commone one. i used the mazda water temp, it works fine

i have already tapped the housing to fit the 3/8ths one. i know the mazda one is about 10-15% off and not a big deal...but since i had the sensor already.. i figured i would use it.

as far as O2 goes. i thought that it was universal, but when trying to get one, a call to rx7.com told a different story??? they said you HAD to use that one and could not explain why. i guess b/c they would not be making any money off of a purchase at a local autoparts store. :smirk:

yah i guess, the o2 doesnt really matter a lot, you are only using for cruise anyways. and you can set the perameters of the o2 sensor in the haltech so you can use anything
