When I am in any boost mode (I, II, or III), and I go full throttle from standing, I get strong boost on the primary, hold till 6000, then dies on the transition. If I'm in the 2nd turbo RPM range, and I release and repress the gas, I go to full boost on the second turbo. Any thoughts?? I have not changed any settings on the PMS since I installed it.

 

well, maybe someone can tell me if I should turn on the wastegate learn or something...

 

check valves? take out the pms and see if it still does it

ya, good idea. duh I'm a tard.

 

if you press and release accelerator and you get full boost, that means one of your check valves is plugged. I believe it's the one that goes from the manifold to the Vaccum chamber. It's right next to the PCV valve.

 

also, I had the same problem with my PFS ecu, it did the same thing, however i didn't get full boost when i pressed gas and released. It turned out to be the damn vent learn setting. You need to turn the vent learn on, redline it in gears from 1-3 and then turn the vent learn off. That's what i did and it seemed to work just fine now.

 

i always wondered what vent learn was... lol
