Ok, I should be ordering my Haltech E6K system next week(after picking up the motor). I have some questions on what to do when I order it:

1. Do I or Don't I want the boost control solenoid? I have a boost controller already.

2. What type of harness do I want(fully terminated, connector kit, etc)?

3. Which map sensor should I get(1, 2, or 3 bar map sensor)?

anything else I should get with it?

Also, where are some other places to look at when ordering, so far I only know of rx-7store.net(don't rag...I know who runs that store...but they have a good price on Haltechs).

What boost controller do you have? If you have a good electronic boost controller then stick with it. Go with the flying lead harness with the connector kit and the 3 bar map sensor.

http://n-xsi.com/CATALOG/FC3S/fc3s.html has it at a good price.

Actually, I only have a turboXS manual boost controller. So all that stuff for $1200...that is cheap. That's all I'll need to run the motor?

If you can figure out how to use the Haltech boost controller it will probably work better. The Haltech will come with everything you'll need, but you'll have to do all of the work. You just have to tap 3/8" NPT holes for the air temperature and water temperature sensors. The water pump and TB cap are the spots you'll use. If you don't have that tap bring your stuff here and we'll do it.

You may also want to get a good O2 sensor.

I've got the tap stuff...so thats not a prob...I'm still waiting to get my UIM finished(I'm having it polished). When I get it back, I'm gonna port both the UIM & LIM..port match them the best that can be done. Then I'm gonna have the TB bored out...I'll probably order a new O2 sensor when I go to install the haltech. So the haltech comes w/ all the injector connectors, ignition connectors, etc...?

Yes, that Haltech will come with everything you need. You can use your stock CAS, coils, and igniters. If you're going to use your 550's as primaries then you'll need to use the connectors that come with them. The Haltech comes with plugs that will work with the 1600's you're planning to get.
