I was looking at a JET ecu ad one day and noticed that they have an upgrade for the 93-95 rx7. So I began to be curious. On the jet webpage .JET CHIP the fd application reads "Modified fuel and ignition, plus increased boost pressure (+3-5 lbs depending on application) and increased rev limits if applicable." Anyway just wondering if anyone has any info on this pros and cons or if it is just plain junk

retail is 599.99 on the website but most places are cheaper than that.

I am familiar with all the ecu's and the "proven" ones. I just wanted to know about the jet ones. If all they are doing is reprograming them then all these companies have to be doing simmilar things to the ecu's?

jet ecu, m2, pettit are all the same. they change the chip in the ecu to their own maps. i don't know anyone with the jet. that should speak for itself. i just don't see a need to risk it when people are selling whole used ecu's for $200-$400 then you can sell your stock ecu

i personally ran a M2 stage III on my car hit 15psi numerous times with no problems

i had all the boltons too. dp,cb,intake, intercooler, etc
