Help! Can anyone out there tell me how to install a pfc f-con mixture controller into the PFC?

its supposed to have an adapter harness for your car to just plug in

The PFC does have a harness that plugs into the computer but the mixture controller has 3 wires one of them must be soldered onto the board of the PFC.
