Hey is there a Haltech system that can run on a windows 3.11 system? Or is it DOS based? And is there a special Haltech for rx7's or are they pretty universal??? Also will the Haltech E6S work with win. 3.11 and a '89 TII?

They're all universal. The E6S will run your car fine. My friend uses it on his car. The software is DOS based, as is the E6K software. The new E11 is Windows based.
