Ever since I had my E6K put in I 've been having a problem with my rear rotor tailing coil not firing. I believe there is a problem with the way it was wired. Can someone please tell me how it is wired( what wire goes to what hole in the connector)? Can you tell me if it's setup as a distributor type ignition or direct fire( I believe it'a distributor type)? Also can you tell me where my main relay should be plugged in at? Thanks.

its setup as distributor, um i'm not exactly sure what wires go where though. the main relay provides power for the emissions system, ignition and the fuel system in a stock car

That's a start. Thanks j9fd3s. Anybody have any idea about the wiring? 1Revvin7?

he has a table of the wire colors for ignition, which associates the stock colors with the e6k harness colors...

Hey thanks. I really appreciate this.

I have my trailing coil wired up right as far as I can tell from Hitmans and BDC's instructions, but I cant get my trailing spark to work...

Heres a pic of how mine is setup. BTW, my leading spark works just fine.

I think I may have done something wrong with the two tan wires, but I dont know...Anyone help me out here?

the 12v power for the trailing coil is the black w yellow plug, you should have just left it alone, and wired up the signal wires

From what I remember, the black and yellow wires going to the coils is larger gauge than that stock, j9 what do you think?

if you get everything wired up like hitman says, it should work.

Don't forget that you have to turn on the feature in the e6k dos software so it uses the toggle wire on the trailing ignition.
