es, the HKS MAP sensor IS the elusive Denso 3bar sensor. Denso part 949940-6420 if you were curious. If you can get them for $125, I would highly suggest doing that, provided you have some way to scale fuel back 30% or so. This is also the same sensor as the APEXi 3bar.
They're both Denso sensors
It's a 3bar sensor, so wouldn't it read 2bar of pressure
