Any idea what I need to mess with? Its only hard to start when its cold. When its warm it fires up on the first or second crank.

EDIT: When i say hard to start, I just mean I have to stay on the crank position for 6-7 turns instead of the 1-2.

I was thinking about that earlier today but have no way of checking it immediately...

My laptop is on the fritz so I need to borrow one from a buddy.

Just out of curiousity, what should it be?
