Chipping 88 rx7 ecu - 13b Turbo

I bought a eprom chip to take off my limiters and opened the ecu,and it has 2 chips side by side in ports ic604 and ic605, which one do i remove??

Also do i have to change the jumper?

i think its the one in red. as an aside the n340 is the weird jdm 88.5 ecu, its like half of s4 and half s5, there is no US equivalent

late 88, in japan they had like an 88.5 model before they went to the s5's
