I was wondering if anyone who knows the haltech pretty well lives close to san antonio? I am learning bit by bit by bit...having read the book a few times through and played with it for countless hours I have the car running, but it's not running GREAT...just runs good..... gotta have greatness, was just wondering if anyone was in the san antonio area that could lend a hand before i take the car to rx7.com in dallas and just tell them to perfect it...

There are rumors that Matt aka Hitman and haltech GOD may be visiting the states after the first of the year. There are a few people that are decent Haltech Tuners.

You can do it yourself with a WideBand O2 Meter, EGT and a Dyno.

I too am about as far as I can be without a tuner. Mine runs good, Well great, but I think my HP is way off. I'm probably pretty rich, but without the 3 things above I don't want to push it.

I found someone in California that does Haltechs, but nobody about me does.

yeah, they're gonna charge me and they're gonan take 3 months to get to the car, but it's the only option left standing right about now... I've been searching for someone that knows the haltech, but the only guys I've found that do are major ******** and I refuse to deal with ******** exspecially when it comes to my car....

after replacing the injectors I'll decide what I'm going to do about fine tuning the haltech...

Alamo rotary can kiss my ***.... Tito (the owner) is a f***ing *******... when i took my car to him about a year and a half ago cuz of the misfiring he looked at for 10 seconds and said injectors and wanted 375 an injector and around 300 for the labor.... the problem was the mass air flow sensor, which i solved with the haltech, and the car ran great for 8 months, and now i have injector problems.... the guy's a complete idiot... and I've heard from many people that he'll rig cars to blow so that people will come back to him for a rebuild....

he also did a 20b swap, which was really sweet, but the car ran like **** and he never got it running right...it ran like a 15.8 in the 1/4 mile... he sold the car for 45K
