Yes, that thread was dumb. But so what? It was a few guys just hosing around, having some late night fun. (You wanted Canadian Content, we gave you CanCon )
The problem is that you, silver, took it personally. Just like every other time someone questions your 'authority' (Scott's moderator poll; my Bam! thread), even when done in a humorous way. My business dealings with you have been great, and you are a good guy in that sense. But some of my personal dealings with you, through the forum, have left me wondering of you have a sense of humour at all.
Most of the people in the Canadian section of the Club know each other personally. We really are a community. Just because you are a moderator, doesn't mean your sole contribution to this community has to be policing it.
It doesn't always have to be serious business. Relax, have some fun.
Anyway, enough of this. A harmless thread should really not have turned into a war of words. I love all my fellow Canadian rotax brothers and hosers!
