[quote name='-=DRIFT=-' date='Jun 29 2005, 10:32 PM']Cheers!, i notice that you have "the *****", aka, your stock shift ****

how do you like it? is it low and sporty?

i was thinking about getting the mazda speed one, but i

like the looks of that one also.

hrm... my shifter is completely stock. Right from the **** all the way to the shifter lever to teh ripped boots underneth... I personally like it stock. I hate all the short shifters I've tried it makes the tranny so notchy... That and I miss shifts and gear syncros going crunch and gears grinding with a "short shifter"

hmm, what i ment was is the **** lower than most. ive noticed that some ***** are lower than others, v.w.'s for example have the thread almost to the top.

i personally dont know about the short shifter kits, but i might try one one day, or try a poly bushing kit

OMG, I'm such a loser, I dont have a CAD package to

draw this up in, so forget the getto-ness.

Does the stock mazda **** thread high like a v.w., or is it only partially

threaded, much like the Stock S4 ***** that I've actually used.

I've never been in an S5, so i dont know if I want to go and pay a

ridiculus amount for a new stock shift ****, or go with the wood-grained

mazdaspeed one, as per the corksport website.

Thank you for your help.
