Don't be so quick to praise nuclear.
Just remember the grass is always greener on the other side. I worked for Ontario Power Generation, RCM technologies (contract to Bruce Power), and Nuclear Safety Solutions Limited. I had regular dealings and meetings with AECL.
Now I work in Aerospace.
Same **** different pile.
Maybe only 5% of the population of earth gets to turn their hobbies into work. Those are the people I truely envy. Loving your job must be the coolest thing in the world.

Man anything is better then what I do now. and this means i can move home and live for free, I am going to praise the hell out of it. And as long as i am doing something that requires me to use my hands and not be incharge of 15yo kids I am happy.

With me this would not be the case, there will be no 15yo's telling me how to do stuff, and so on, it would be really refreshing. I hope the saying "no news it good news" is true.
