Ya I go on the 7club also...but i usually prefer to post here, Less crap i find. I usually do get better info there due to more members. But always get smart ass answers.

The garage....haha it fits my car and thats it. Can barely walk around the car. So the car is at my friends house instead cause his is a double car so i have more room. Once spring comes ill bring it home. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683329.gif

I put up a post regarding that in the club allready. No one answered it so i figured no one is going. I would love to go but im not gonna trek all that way by myself. If anyone wants to go we should get the word out as we would have to get a hotel booked etc. Also get my belly primed for da booze.... https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/beer.gif https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...>/beerchug.gif

Perhaps these guys will chime in and i can get some info. I dont know about staying at someones house as i know nobody, and hate that feeling of intrusion.

Hotels make for much better partys

FikseRxSeven 03-16-2004 06:21 PM

THEY ARE DRIVING DOWN FOR ROTORFEST

www.rotorfestnj.com

Mazdabation 03-16-2004 06:25 PM

Well like i said, if i can find some info from them like when they are leaving and such then it looks like ill go. How far do you think Ontario is from NJ?

FikseRxSeven 03-16-2004 06:27 PM

6-8 hours

ColinRX7 03-16-2004 11:55 PM

Holy crap this thread took off and I didn't even notice.

Yeah me and Dave (defprun) are definately going to Rotorfest.

AND WERE STAYING AT MARTINS (Fikse), RIGHT MARTIN? I dunno where else we will stay with Mike being gone to army training.. Maybe Alex's? MazdaMike? I have no clue. Prolly Hotel. LOL.

Shawn you are right in between my house and Dave's house. I cut across hamilton to get to his house. That's awesome!

Tyson you should come.. Cause.. Just cause!

ColinRX7 03-16-2004 11:56 PM

ColinRX7: dude

ColinRX7: rotorfest

ColinRX7: were crashin at your place

FikseRxSeven: ok

ColinRX7: really?

FikseRxSeven: sure why not

ColinRX7: awesome

ColinRX7: im down

FikseRxSeven 03-17-2004 12:03 AM

colin you can only stay at my house if my car is done... hehe

Mazdabation 03-17-2004 06:10 AM

What day will you be leaving? I will have to get all possible info beacuse i will have to book the time off work. I figure Rotorfest is on sunday so we wont be back till late that night or Monday some time. So ill take that week off.

As for staying some where Im game for a hotel. We can split the cost (should be cheap) and that way we have no worrys about the mess we leave and the emptys all over https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png. This way who ever lives in the area can just come there and live it up with us. My lil bro (hes 19) will probly ride shotgun with me so he can chip in for costs also.

ColinRX7 03-17-2004 10:13 AM

We will organize something. Probably head down Saturday morning from Brant/Hamilton, hit the niagara to pick up Dave and Mike (if the dorifto king Mike himself wants to tag along? Maybe Richard too?). Get there mid-day, probably goto Martins to hang out, or rent rooms or something depending on how many of us there is.

Anyways then Sunday we will hook up with Martin again to tag along with his caravan that goes right over to Rotorfest. Party Sunday night, take the Monday off, so we can pack up and head home Monday morning (or afternoon) to be back mid-day (or night). We should be able to do this comfortably with only taking one day off work.

But let me talk to the other Canadian guys to see if they want to tag along first before we organize a caravan. We had alot of people going up to the Ottawa meet, but I don't know who wants to cross the border for this meet. But everyone is pretty die-hard from who I've met, so I'm sure we could get a nice sized RX7 caravan going down NJ.

Me and Dave have been down there already and we know our way around, somewhat, so him or myself would lead the group.

But give me some time get an idea of interest level from other owners in Ontario before we decide to make plans. We got lots of time left. Don't worry. It's not even April yet.

OK I put the word out to a few people, we will see what the general consensus is for people who want to attend from Southern Ontario.

-=DRIFT=- 03-17-2004 11:11 AM

Mazdabation 03-17-2004 11:53 AM

ColinRX7 03-17-2004 12:03 PM

Ottawa meet this year is around May 15th?

They haven't started a thread about it there.. It's too early..

Terrh 03-17-2004 07:41 PM

Great...hopefully we can add another. I am going to call a buddy of mine that has a 90 TII. He is in the midle of working on his car and need of parts. If he gets it done on time Ill ask him and hopefully he'll join in.

ColinRX7 03-18-2004 06:23 PM

What does he need? I'm overstocked and I'm having a blowout sale!

Mazdabation 03-18-2004 06:43 PM

You have some ****....nice. I believe its mostly interior stuff for the S5. Im not 100% sure but ill ask him and let you know.

ColinRX7 03-18-2004 10:56 PM

Ehh I don't have much for interior pieces as I do mechanical componentry, but I know where to get them.

Hmmmm going to NJ would be nice BUT!

Things are a little different now that I have my daughter to worry about.

You guys could stop by for a visit if you want, before crossing the border. Your piss stop at the local timmies

Prune leading...lol Colin you are forgeting about the Drift event?

Anyways as far as meet (Niagara Falls), I will let everyone know when its coming. Probably mid summer again but more thought put into it.

FD is coming back out as soon as I install my mods.

ColinRX7 03-19-2004 11:03 PM

LOL Yeah good point.. I'll lead.. and I'll put a tow rope on Dave so he doesn't get lost. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png

Richard I wanna bring the NJ guys out to the Niagara cruise. It would be awesome. I was thinking in NJ that they don't get a chance to cruise open roads with no traffic that also happen to have alot of curves. Something we take for granted up here - good roads with no traffic. What approximate date are you shooting for?
