It is now summer and there are still no plans.



Setting this up is not a problem for me, I need some people running and planning a route and after cruise event.



Lawyer's Spirit says he is willing to help. I have someone local to me who is also willing to help.



Time wise, I typically set it up in Aug.



I will post a time when people who are willing to help meet at my place and somewhat organize this. Just giving people a heads up and to stop asking me me when, when , when , when , when , when.
