Hey Methanol, that's one positive I suppose. Hey the way time seems to be flying past at the moment, in a couple of years, series 6's will be 15 years old. I'm still flying the old school rotor flag. Our editor in the car club has had his series 1 Rx-2 since new[yes since 1971!!] and at the recent Jamboree up here, there amount of younger guys that had never seen a twin dissy rotary engine frightened me, maybe I'm just getting old!! I bought one recently from a garage sale, that the guy thought was a boat engine for $20!
ehehe, yeh twin dizzys are getting pretty old, I'm flying the old school flag also, although she's still not driving, hopefully by the end of this week!!! Picked up a whole heap of RX-2/Capella parts for $80 today was very pleased Still looking for some front seats though... The dude I picked the gear up from says prelude seats fit RX-2 rails perfectly aswell as Ford probe seats, so I'll be looking into that

Have you got some pics of your baby? love to see some!!!

Hey Methonal, I'll have a hunt round for some photos. My digi camera packed it in recently[one too many car show dust car parks I suppose] but our car club should have our own site up and running very soon with all sorts of pics. It's a pity you're down in Adelaide mate as I've got Capella parts sitting around everywhere. As they become rarer, I tend to buy the whole car and drag it home rather buying a couple of parts off it. Plus then I can help other fellow Mazda nuts with bits I have in the back paddock. Ah the advantage of living on acreage!!

Finally got some front seats, one of my mates crashed his brand new Prelude (it's a complete write-off) and to my great delight, the front seats bolted straight in There really comfy and I got'em for next to nothing, so just a hint, if you want some nice seats search the wreckers for Prelude ones (old and new ones fit), they literally bolt straight on to the RX-2/Capella mounts
