well tomorrow i'm going to bench test the injectors, and if they are plugged or malfunctioning, i will send them to RC, but ya, i'm leaning towards some stupid problem, but the thing was that it got progressively worse throughout the day, but ran fine the previous day, now it just sits in my garage and won't fire, it will spin, but no fire... its depressing, i still haven't even broken in the damn engine.

The injectors didn't fix the problem, the car still spins and spins...

I put new (used) coil packs in the car and changed the plug wires just in case, the coil packs are fuctional, they came off my buddies car, and the car still spins and spins..

The voltage on the PFC reads 12.0v, then drops to 9.0v when starting (dont' know if that matters)

SO, now its got new plugs, wires, coil packs, injectors, its a NEW engine, and it still just spins and spins. The exhaust still smells like gasoline and yes the fuel pump is new also, i'm running a walbro. This straight driving me nuts and i need my car running.. please someone, anyone?!

sonds like what my car was doing. I know you said it was a new engine but I suggest you do a compression check. One of your seals might be stuck. If so then do the ATF trick. was your car sitting for a while before this problem? If it was then this might be your problem. Mine sat for three weeks while I waited for clutch parts and a transmission. After installing all of the parts the car wouldn't start. I thad the same simptoms your car is having now. When a compression check was done I had 2.4 to 1 on one rotor and 3.6 to 1 on the other. That was after three weeks and my engine only has about 55k on it. Just humor me and try the compression check there is no harm in it. BTW I hope this works for you.

What do most of you pull voltage wise when trying to crank?

Mine goes down to 9. With the car on, it's appx. 13.5~13.7 and car not running, with the switch ON, it's 12.2~
