alright guys i need some help, the only other guy in my area who had an fd ended up in a ditch recently and no longer owns one. so i dont have any help in the area. my fd is running rich, i had 1600 primaries and the stock 850s put to 2ndary, put in micortech, new supra fuel pump, new fuel regulator and fuel rails and lines, and im running rich as **** after this guy so called tuned my car...i have lil bit of white smoke coming out of the exhaust at start up, decent amount actually. he said its rich cause its cold, but even when it was warm it was still rich...wtf is up and i dont feel like taking it back to this guy hes pissed me off too many times, i alos think theres a slight boost leak in it, i hear a lil whistling noise while driving and sitting still, i notice a loss of power since it happened. any diagnosis, anyone in florida can help pleasE??? im gonna sell her if i cant get her going soon..very frustrating...

Hmmm....Whistling sound, Sounds like turbos. Who knows what the guy did. He could have mixed up some vacume lines when he put the injectors in. Loss of power happens with vacume line problems. What are Boosting right now?

Not knowing your mods this is a guess, but running rich is probably because of the huge primary injectors or questionable tuning, or both. Then again, if you have a PFC, you wouldn't see a "check-engine light" and it could be something as simple as an air intake thermosensor. Do you have a stock ECU that you could plug in to see if you get a CEL and a you can pull?
Either way, running rich would explain a power loss and it will foul plugs quickly, which could explain it not starting. Try pulling the plugs and see what they look like, clean or replace if they're bad. It may not be as serious as you think.
Regarding the whistling sound, it probably is boost leak. Do you have hard pipes to and from the IC? Maybe just check the couplers, especially at the 'Y' pipe to cross-over pipe.
Just my .02.
