I have been working on this POS for a week and am starting to get tired of it. floods every time i try to start it.

I cannot tell but I think its close if not completely stock

replaced vacuum hoses, new map sensor, rebuilt turbos, new plugs,

I really don't know were to go from here

acts like firing order is off and when it was running no power at all

ohmed out all injectors and actuators those check out. WTF am i missing here?? it will start with starting fluid

95 psi both rotors, and it has the mazda tag above the angle and knock sensor. the more I turn it over the more it seems like it wants to start but don't want to fry the starter.

any other ideas??

could wires be the problem?!?! apears to have junkyard ecu w/o mods really don't know were else to turn

brainstorm with me guys this is driving me crazy

maybe ...

bad injector insulators

bad insulator o-rings

bad leaky injectors?

broken pintle caps

bad FPD

bad plug wires

bad fuel filter

remember all car needs, Spark, Fuel, and Air..

ohmed out the wires and the coils

ohmed out the injector isolaters

will check inj o ring

leaking injector would that leak into the rotor or out on the ground

pintle cap . don't know what that is

fpd fuel pulse dapner?? is that testable or should i take everyones advise and just get a new one

fuel air spark is a little easier in a piston car worked on those for years these seem to be a little different and i don't know all the cool guy ticks but willing to read and learn.

Thanks to all

well you can't Ohm the injector INSULATORs.. they are rubber o-rings that sit between the engine and the injector.

i would replace the FPD (fuel pulsation damper) no matter what.

pintle caps = caps on bottom of injector.. when you pull the injector out check the bottom of the injector to see if its cracked or split.

a leaky injector would leak into the engine.. causing flooding. common problem.

oops sorry i thought the isloators were the electrical componet that actually fire the injector, my bad. should there be a constant flow of fuel going through th return fuel line back to the tank. i jumped the pump at the diagnosis center to check fuel flow with lines removed had fuel checked pressure good there put inlet line back on jumped fuel pump and had a constant flow coming out of the return fuel line going back to the tank, not a small stream but about as much as going into the fuel rail. thanks for your help

turbo pete i will start there as soon as i get the chance.
