Which side of the wire ring goes into the pressureplate and aims at the clutch?? the one with no forks on it? or the with with the forks on it?

I hope someone knows...trying to finish this tonight.

by forks do you mean fingers? The ring should go on the outside facing you to lock the plate and clutch in if i remember correctly.
