tons of companies make underdrive aluminum pulleys.. but i'm not aware of any stock sized ones. Some reason you need an aluminum one? special project?

i dont want to under drive the alt because i want to be able to still run my speaker amps

but i want the light weight of the aluminum which will give me like 0.0001 more horse power

plus that shiney blue color

i will run this with the larger wp pulley and the larger ps pulley minus the airpump

i guess the other option would be to get the under drive crank pulley

with a smaller alt pulley.........

but i have not seen a smaller alt pulley sold anywhere either =(

how big are your amps? with the stock stereo, i didnt see any decrease in electrical power with the underdrive pulleys

it is only one amp (for now) and it is small 2x50 rms

i thought it would be a problem because at least one pulley company says this........

"slight dimming of the lights might occur at idle."

maybe the other pulley makers had the same results but did not say so in there ad

guess i could try it and take it back off if i dont like it

If your main concern is the color of the pulley, you *could* always just have the stocker painted.. or powdercoated.

I have a JL 400W amp and my does 50x4, and with the greddy underdrive pulley I have to hold the throttle at 1500 or so just to stay above 13V
