I have the next few months to put alot of thought into the FD that i buy. I know i want black int/ext, 1993, etc. But is it better to go with a modified FD or buy one low-miles stock and build it myself? I think i am partial to building my own car, plus it will give me time to get used to it and learn about it, but at the same time its going to cost me a good amount of $$ to get it...

Opionions?

If you are interested in learning the whole thing then I would just buy a stock one.

Otherwise its like getting the cheat code to a video game.

Yea you won but you didn't do it yourself..

But if you plan on taking the car somewhere else to get worked on and your only interested in owning a fast car then buy a modded one.

Yeah what he said, It all depends on what you want. If you want to build it up yourself or you like the stock look, go stock. If you want speed right off go Modded.

I think compared to my crapstang i would be happy with stock, i want at least an exhaust system though. I'll do all my own work, thats the only way imo. I want to appreciate the vehicle. I want it too last thought, what should i be aware of milage wise? Also, is there a total FD based site thats good to learn, i wanna know as much as possible.

Thnx alot
