[quote name='GreyGT-C' date='Apr 18 2005, 05:20 PM']i wish the race car had AC in it sometimes.... hard to get airflow when you are lined up in the false grid...... either that or a nice beer cooler in the passenger floor board.

A/c is for street cars and real people...wannabes that deny themselves comfort in the name of having a REAL racecar are just hardcore posers. But they are hardcore and you gotta love it. To be real you need to lose the state tag ...install a roll cage and go road racing. Be prepared to hit the dip on the back straight of road atlanta WFO without lifting in the rain on dry tires or have your candy *** handed to you by a REAL road racer not a hardcore poser.

You're right there. Hot chicks don't like sweating sitting in the car.

I'm all for no a/c as well but sometimes the gf won't ride in the car on hot days because of me not having it. Its in those times that I wish I still had it.

The real posers are those that listen to what other people tell them to do with THEIR OWN DAMN CAR.

My car spends 98% of its life on the street. I'm leaving the A/C in as long as I can or want to.

Yes, If I was "HARDKORE", I'd ditch it, But I'd also ditch P/S, some interior parts, and it wouldn't even be street legal.

If you ditch A/C but have anything else you *could* get rid of, you're not hardcore anything. Just a preference is all you got.

I for one, avoid a/c at all costs (I.e. Windows down) but sometimes it helps.
