ha ha think id be invisible to cops radar too?? if i could do that id be like james bond ha ha!! that be sweet!
You need that flat black paint that they put on the stealth bombers - Radar proof too!
Seriously though, go with a solid color - The stock look, looks the best in my opinion.

If its oem white, don't **** with it and keep it the same.
actually before i got it I believe the car was painted to white cause the paint code on it calls for brilliant black?? so I may just put it back to the orginal OEM color. just found that out like 20 mins ago from my buddy who works at a body shop... i gave him a call and my vin and paint code from my underhood stamp on the firewall and he told me that it calls for brilliant black... hmm
Anyone thats in the midwest wanna help me painting it this winter and doing minor body prep?? ill buy pizza and beer's!!! my car is always looking for a lil forum love :-)

ok im confused now, under the hood the plate says paint code PZ, and the door sticker stamp, it matchs my VIN and everything it says body color PT, So what the heck??? am i missing something here? Im going to go with the door jamb paint code as my orginal since it has my vin on it but where does the PZ come into play at?

I am going to say my car came PT color which is white, how else would it explain how every bit of the car is white. So Im prety much sticking to white... regardless anyone in the midwest want to help me prep her or paint her come 2-3 months from now???

But if it was re-painted white and they did such a good job that your only now realizing it should be black, I'd still leave it white. Changing color on a car is PITA if done right....engine compartment, hood, hatch and door jams.
Besides, IMO white looks great on these cars, it's relatively rare and it's an easy color to maintain. If it were me, I'd paint it the MAZDA white (I think they called it "chaiste white" and clear-coat it.

That is exactly what I have decided to do after finding out that my car was actually OEM white and not black like the tag under the hood says, However Im currious why my tag says black tho when my vin and tag in the door jamb says white?? regardless tho my car is white now and i like white and one tag def says white so all signs point to white!!
