I saw unorthodox main drive pulleys on rotormotorsports.com They have the unorthodox main drive pulley and they have the unorthodox complete pulley set. It says they should produce the same performance. Which one would better? Buying the main drive is cheaper..

Any ideas on intakes?? I thought about the M2 intake box (comes w/ two k&n filters) and also get the polished intake pipes which are suppose to help.. but hell idk.

I have heard that the SR motorsports radiator was good. But which one? The $649 or $599...

Intercoolers..not a clue..PFS?

Just need a little help on picking out the best stuff...and hopefully cheapest.

thanks alot.

For the pulley's...You only really need the Greddy kit....the one that takes off the air pump. Pulley's in general won't add MONSTER amounts of horsepower. You could use that money wasted into buying a HKS twinpower.

The Intakes...whatever floats your boat. They all do about the same...

Radiators you ask? ANYTHING with metal end tanks. Price/Fittament is optional.

Intercoolers? Whatever floats your BUDGET and depends on what you primarily use your car for.

Guru?...who me?

Yeah, it's pretty much what you can afford as far as the intake and ic goes. They are all pretty similar. The pulley adds power by reducing the weight of the main pulley. The GReddy kit, which I have, doesn't do that but it does reduce parasitic drag slightly and gets rid of that ugly-*** airpump. Bottom line, the $250 for the UR main pulley can definately be spent better elsewhere....... as jspec said.

Any IC bigger than stock is better. Any Radiator other than stock is an improvement. And mostly all intakes function the same (My M2 Aluminum box Heat Soakes like a mother ******...).

You can save a great deal of cash buying used. Just shop smart.

Buy a new radiator. Just seems logical... I recommend the Koyo. Huge, aluminum, cheap.

What mods do you currently have?

The guy I bought it from says the only thing non stock on the car is a performance muffler. Looks like a racing beat one..but not sure. I am now shopping for other stuff. Would the M2 carbon fiber box be better (heat wise) than the aluminum? thanks for the info.

as far as the intakes go, some people will tell you the stock airbox is the best with a little modification. Others will disagree, still others will say it doesn't matter what intake you have.

I think it's all up to personal taste and your budget.

from what I understand, stock airbox with the fresh air mod from racingbeat is great, and best part is it keeps things stock looking under the hood if you want to do some street racing.

Anyone here upgraded to a 9 1/2 lb flywheel? Does it make a big difference?
