[quote name='Cheers!' date='Jul 15 2005, 06:58 PM']I'm sure it will all work out good. Just make sure you get a good body shop. My car is two toned now after someone backed into her at a parking lot. I wondered why my car had a weird reflection as I saw her in the distance when I stpped off the train.... 2000 bucks, and the mazda logo on the bumper isn't raised evenly anymore... the paint doesn't match, and you can see the primer still in certain parts.... what a **** off... should've gone the shop that quoted me 2500 ... they were highly recommended by they were across town and I was cheap at the time... ****...

That's why I do my own painting. As far as the color match. I still have about two quarts of base and some clear left from when I did the hood and hatch last summer. Thed hard part is finding a decent used fender. I got the rest all lined up.

First off I sold my T04R before Ray got to the tuning. I bought Ernies' T-88. So that held things up a bit because of trying to cordinate getting the kit etc. So anyway I went to see Ray at Malloy today and picked up the drivers fender and headlight cover. I ended up buying a PFS front facia and the wheel well liner from Fritz Flynn about two weeks ago. I am heading up to PFS tomorrow to pull the TO4 off my car and swap on the T88. Ernie is supposed to meet me there to drop it off and buy a trailer off Ray. I am going to get the new body parts mounted and on the car so I can drive it back home to my shop where I will pull the stuff back off to paint it. The T88 should be tuned and dynoed I would guess by next week as I know Ray is sick of looking at my car.

It should be good. Got a new front end and a sick deal on a nice turbo kit. I can't complain.

Ouch, to bad Dave. But as long as its just cosmetic dammage its all good.

T88, thats huge, and good luck with the lagg. Sounds like your looking to drag it only anyway.
