Twins or single?
I am new to the turbo side of rotaries. There is a lot of talk of swapping the twins for a single. Or make the twins non sequencial. I would love to hear both arguments. I have an FD engine and eventually would like around 300 RELIABLE HP. I don't want to push a stock engine too hard.
So, whay say You?

i blew two sets of stock twins. the first set was wear and tear and blew at about 95k miles. the second set was a botched attempt at desynching (my bad) and blew the twins apart. i finally gave up and took it to a shop and had them rebuild and make it single. they found the turbine from my second set of twins halfway down my exhaust. with single turbo comes more lag (not much though as long as you don't go with a massive one) but also more power potential
You can have good response with a small single. A 57 trim to4E in a .84 P trim divided turbine housing with a fully divided turbine manifold will be EXTREMELY close to the stock twins a big open exhaust. Not to mention it can make well over 100+rwhp more, and won't fade on the top end..
